New Business - Anvil

I've been creating web-sites since the start of the World Wide Web, mostly for pleasure and also in my voluntary work for Plus (formerly 18 Plus).

I did a little freelance work for a company (now closed sadly) in the midlands, but this was just a matter of bunging their copy on to the web, I found this quite un-inspiring.

I also did a betting web-site for a friend but this didn't require any development as it was just an affiliate link with a banner advert, again un-inspiring.

I recently decided to have a go at doing it for a living and have really enjoyed meeting the clients and discussing their web-site needs and desires and constructing something that has been a joint effort rather than me just bunging a few web pages on-line.

My work colleagues have been very supportive even though they say I'll be missed, the manager even asked me not to go.
